In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused and in perfect condition
- with all original tags attached
- in their original packaging

- your OL order number or a note with date
- the items you wish to return
Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 14 days after your request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
